Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy 

At PhysioElm, we prioritise your convenience while ensuring that appointment slots are efficiently utilised. Our policy is designed to provide flexibility for rescheduling while maintaining fairness and operational efficiency.

Rescheduling Policy

• You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without any additional fees.
• Please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time to allow us to offer your slot to another patient.

No Cancellation Policy

• Once booked, appointments cannot be cancelled. 
• If an appointment is not rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, the full session fee will be charged. 

No-Show & Delay

• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be considered a no-show, and the full session fee will apply. 

We respect your time, and our physiotherapists strive to be punctual. If any delays occur, we’ll keep you informed. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
